Abuso e precariedade para uma existência que está abaixo do que pode ser chamado de vida. A escravidão não é algo histórico, mas um fenômeno contemporâneo, que atende aos interesses e à dinâmica do capitalismo global e à busca do lucro à qualquer preço.

Every year we are faced with scandals of workers (often from foreign countries even more miserable than ours) that are made slaves to large companies, masquerade as modern and sustainable. Abuse and insecurity to an existence that is lower than what might be called life. Slavery is no history but a contemporary phenomenon that caters to the interests and dynamics of global capitalism and the pursuit of profit at any cost.
